Alex supports organizations by ‘supercharging’ their leadership teams. A clearly defined roadmap for success via Strategic Planning is one piece. It is equally important to elevate leadership skills that are aligned with the organization’s values AND goals. With over 20 years of experience in guiding leadership teams, and a vast array of ‘tools’ at her disposal, Alex has developed highly streamlined and efficient processes to support organizational viability and growth.

Alex is a Certified Organizational Development Consultant, has been trained in The Center for Simplified Strategic Planning process (MIT), and is an advanced level Structural Consultant trained in Structural Dynamics through Robert Fritz, Inc.

She holds an MBA and BS/BA from the University of Denver where she graduated Cum Laude.
