Method: Starting with a leadership planning session, we then interview all participants to create an open and growth-minded space for a half-day workshop, followed up with a report from the facilitator back to leadership of their observations and suggested next steps.

Professional Development Series

A multi-session experience designed around your people, their strengths, and your specific needs.

Whether you’re equipping emerging leaders or aligning seasoned professionals around advanced skills, this experience helps participants grow their confidence, clarity, communication impact, and collaborative power.

Method:

We kick off with a leadership planning session, then interview all participants to create an open and growth-minded space for 7-10 weeks of 90-minute sessions, which include education, live practice, and integration. We wrap up with participant self-assessments and a report from the facilitator, summarizing their observations and suggesting next steps for leadership.

1:1 Coaching

Private coaching for individual leaders or team members navigating key moments. Because speakership is personal, too.

Method:  After initial alignment sessions to understand our match, objectives, and system, we meet for 60 minute sessions to work towards personalized goals with session notes, action items, and check-ins as needed.
